SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time takes 7-14 days. We co-wash and prepare every bundle for shipment. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays.

Due to the personal nature of our products and their high demand, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Order Adjustments

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely fulfillment. This means changes or cancellations are not allowed after submission. Please double-check your order details, including product selections and shipping information, before finalizing your purchase.

Return Policy for Store Credit

We accept return requests (with reason) for store credit only within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return:

Products must be in their original, unused condition, exactly as received.

This includes:

  • No combing, washing, brushing, cutting, coloring, wearing, or altering of the product in any way.

  • Original ties and packaging must remain intact.

What is the difference between virgin and raw hair?

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair, collected directly from a single donor. It has not undergone any chemical treatments (such as steam processing, perming, dyeing, or silicone coating). The cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction, preserving the hair’s natural quality. This means that the hair is only available in natural textures and with proper care can last 2-4 years. Best for customers looking for premium, long-lasting hair that can be dyed, styled, or treated just like their own.

Virgin hair however, it may have undergone minimal processing, such as steam or chemically texturing to create uniform curl patterns or waves. Virgin hair often doesn’t last long with proper care it may last up to 6 months or year. For clients who prioritize exceptional quality, long-term durability, and a truly natural appearance, raw hair offers a superior option compared to virgin hair. Looking for a cheap and quick fix? Raw hair is not for you.
